Relocation Services
We prefer to shift houses straight from its existing site straight to its new location. Shifting the house only once minimizes damages and costs. These savings are then passed onto you the client.
Why pay more than you have to? The sale prices on our houses generally include delivery of your house to its new site within a 100km radius of the existing site and stumping lowset at 600mm.
At the time of meeting with our appropriate staff member to discuss your needs, estimates can be given for highset stumping and the variety of stumps that are available.
We have moved numerous houses to the Redland Bay Islands, additional costs may be incurred to cover barge fees etc for travel on to the islands. These costs can be advised at your initial appointment with our staff. Site soil tests may also incur extra costs for foundations if soil is found to be graded as highly reactive. This is usually for soils such as black soil and clay.
INSURANCE
We have comprehensive Insurance on all jobs from start of work and during transportation, to cover the unlikely event of damage.
