STANDARD INCLUSIONS:- Please note only general inclusions are shown. A full set of specifications relevant to the design you have chosen will be supplied upon request. Wright Bros reserves the right to exchange any product for one of similar quality.

PRELIMINARIES

  • Fixed Price HIA contracts*
  • Working drawings and specification for council submission(standard plans)
  • Portable long service leave and workplace health and safety levies. BSA insurance
  • Comprehensive works insurance during construction and transport

SITE WORKS

  • Standard price includes 600mm above ground stumping height
  • Extra height by negotiation
  • Stairs and handrails included

SITE COSTS INCLUDED

  • Up to 100km included in price only. Extra km’s charge at per km rate
  • Dura–Gal columns to S or M sites
  • Concrete pumps, tree removal, site clearing, piering and rock extraction at additional cost.
  • Additional travel or islands by negotiation
